In order to understand the function of Divine Faith you must first consider the nature of God.  God is all your good, the source of everything you need spiritually and materially.  This source is, however, unmanifest, and not necessarily a part of your living experience.  So you need the ability to draw out from the unmanifest all your good, all of the countless blessings that you desire in your heart.

To actively involve yourself in the process of drawing your good from unmanifest God you use FAITH!

 

Faith is your affirmative power.  It is your ability to say “YES” to God and to your good, and to move it into your living experience.

 

Faith is not something you have or do not have; You Are Faith!  It is one of the characteristics that are likened to God. God is Faith - and you are Faith!

 

There is a difference between belief and Faith. You can believe anything. You can believe in sickness or health, wealth or poverty, intelligence or ignorance.  That belief will draw to you whatever you believe in.  Belief can be involved in fear as well as security. But Divine Faith does not draw negatives. 

 

Faith in God is drawing your security and a sense of well-being to your self.  The gift of Divine Faith relates only to God and to your good.

 

Belief has a place in the experience of Divine Faith.  While everyone has the gift of Divine Faith, not everyone has an active Faith.  Belief is the activator of Divine Faith.  When you believe your good can be drawn to you, then Divine  Faith moves it into expression.  Even though you have the gift of Divine Faith without belief, Divine Faith lies dormant.  Belief without Faith in God will draw anything to you good or bad.  So, whatever you desire to bring into your life for your good, pray or ask knowing and believing that it is yours, then turn it over to God, release it.  Trust God that the results of your prayer or your asking will be only for good.
