In short, it provides a powerful technique for healing mind and body. This series offers unique instruction that combines deep meditation techniques with powerful breathing techniques. This provides a great integration of spiritual awareness with in mind and body that is experienced as personal relationship with the Divine. This provides the foundation of a life lived in the unity of wholeness.
The course meets once a week for 3 weeks, and is limited to 6 people.
