The Yoga Sutras
     of Patanjali

The sanskrit  phrase "Yoga Sutras" refers to "Stitches of Unity."  The Yoga Sutras consists of a set of spiritual principles and practices that synthesizes those that are referenced in major spiritual texts throughout the world.

These texts carry names like the Upanishads, Katha, Taittiriya, and Kabala, as well as the Christian Bible.   The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali condenses these principles and practices and presents them in a way that "stitches together" knowledge and experience to form conscious unity with God.

In these sessions, we open the techniques and principles described in the Yoga Sutras to gain experience and understanding of the divine principles of unity consciousness.   These techniques open us to the divine connection between individual consciousness and the consciousness of all creation.  Our purpose will be to learn and to live them.

"It is a profound awakening to realize that we allow ourselves to be imprisoned by our own thoughts.  Freedom is ours when we accept the responsibility for that fact."
