The Crystal Bowl
New and Full Moon
Festivals of Light

facilitated by

The New Moon and Full Moon Crystal Bowl meditation circles, with candle light, Indian cedar flute, and 14 crystal singing bowls, are a celebration of spiritual renewal.  They give honor to the earth and the moon, and the seasons of the year, and call forth the loving, Divine nature of human kind.

Come and join us for an evening of Grace and Blessings, as we open to the sound currents, experience the harmonizing resonance of the crystal bowls, and the wonder of our own Divine nature.

Honoring of the Seasons
Spring marks the beginning of a new cycle of birth, growth, harvest and rest.   Within the Spring there are three, outpourings, or initiations that enrich the earth and humanity.   These three initiations occur on the full moons of three consecutive months, and lead to the out flowing of an uplifted spiritual energy which continues throughout the year.

The first of these Spiritual festivals is the Festival of Easter.  This is the festival of the ignition of the Christ Flame.  On this day, the Christ Presence is resurrected within the planet and within the hearts of humanity.

This Festival is celebrated on the first full moon of spring.  The Festival of Easter.  This is the festival of the risen, living Christ, the Teacher of all humanity and the Head of the Spiritual Hierarchy. He is the Expression of the Love of God.  On this day the Spiritual Hierarchy is recognized, and the nature of God's love is emphasized.

The Festival of Easter may occur in March or April. It is also an outpouring of Divine Strength at the March full moon, and Divine Wisdom at the April Full Moon.
The second festival is the Festival of Wesak.  It is the festival of the Buddha.  The Buddha is the expression of the Divine Wisdom and Power of God, the embodiment of Light and the indicator of the divine purpose.  This festival is celebrated on the full moon of April or May.   It is a great Eastern festival, which is rapidly gaining Western recognition; thousands of Christians today keep the festival of the Buddha.  The Buddha is the Expression of the Power and Wisdom of God, and the the Embodiment of Light.

The third festival is the Festival of the Light Bearers: the Festival of Humanity.  This is the festival of the spirit of humanity, and is the day the divine nature of man receives the Christ flame and the Wisdom of Buddha.  Humanity receives the torch of divinity to shine forth through all creation.  This festival is held on the full moon of June. It is the festival of the Initiation of Divine Vision, of humanity aligning with the Will of God, and dedicated action to the expression of right relationship.

The remaining nine Full Moon Festivals are outpourings of Divine Creative principles which call forth our Divine expression.  The full moon in July is the outpouring of Freedom and Divine Understanding.  August is the full moon of Action and Divine Will. September is the full moon of Achievement and Divine Order.  October is the full moon of Integration and Divine Zeal.  November is the full moon of Thanksgiving and Divine Purity.  December is the full moon of the Rebirth of Divine Life.  January is the full moon of our Heart's Desire and Divine Faith.  February is the full moon of Divine Love.  March is the full moon of Receptivity and Divine Strength.

Together, these twelve festivals constitute an annual cycle.  Each cycle is an ascension cycle initiating a heightened awareness and understanding of the divine principles inherent within ourselves, within humanity, and within all of creation.

The Spring Festivals begin a new ascension cycle by opening us to the three great spiritual outpourings representing our divine nature.  And, the cycle continues with the spiritual outpourings that emphasize our inter-relationship with the Whole, uniting our individual and personal expressions of spirituality with that of Universal Divine Purpose.
